Carl Cunniff

With 20 years’ experience in the commercial property and finance sector, started out working as a valuations surveyor in the Southeast & London, then transitioned into Finance & Estate Planning. The fall out of the Credit Crunch of 2008 – 2010 exposed multiple opportunities in asset protection via corporate structures and trusts, along with multiple forms of international finance which led to the formation of Mural Crown to harness this network built up over the past decades.

The changing landscape of Fiscal policy in the UK, EU & International Agreements has meant that Trust and Estate Planning is continuously changing, keeping the sector interesting and continuously evolving, a sector Carl enjoys navigating to find bespoke and unique solutions for clients to achieve their wealth creation, protection and succession planning goals.

Away from the work Carl enjoys spending time with his family exploring Scandinavia in the summer and the Mediterranean in the winter enjoying the modern international Digital Nomad lifestyle.
