As well as being our Mural Crown Barrister, Stuart heads up the commercial team of Cerulean Law Chambers. He has very wide experience of practising commercial law and is widely regarded as one of the best in his field. As well as being a master of English Law Stuart's experience includes European and worldwide cross-border litigation and enforcement, international convention and treaty law, civil fraud, banking, commercial agents, non-medical professional negligence and the drafting of commercial contracts. His recent international experience has included cross-border litigation involving and acting with lawyers in the USA, Israel, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, Australia, UAE, Bahrain, and the British Virgin Islands.
